We organize conferences at our department because a conference includes both presentations as well as literature skills by providing a platform for the participants to publish and present their research work. At conferences, they meet people having experience and exposure in the relevant fields and are able to discuss theoretical and methodological ideas. Many presentations will inspire them with new ideas.
