Every year E&C Department of Parul Group of Institutes, Vadodara organizes successful National Conferences. “Emerging Vistas of Technology in the 21st century”, known as “NCEVT” since September 2009. The aim of National Level conference is to provide platform where research papers on theory, practices and applications of latest technology in the different field of engineering presented and discussed. The Conference aims to offer a forum for interaction among the students, academicians, leading scientists and Industrial experts. Plenary talks by experts from academic, research organization and industry have also been arranged. Conference of NCEVT Series organized in association with leading National and International industries like GUJCOST, e-infochips, ISTE, FGI, IETE, Danke Power, etc.Every year we published Proceeding with ISBN number.  Candidates from Inside & outside India participated & shared their knowledge.


The 2nd International Conference “Parul University International Conference on Engineering & Technology: Smart Engineering Jointly organized by Faculty of Engineering & Technology, Parul University, India and Wroclaw University of Science and Technology, Wroclaw, Poland. Smart electrical engineering aims at designing, realizing and validating technologies to make possible electrical networks and electro physical devices for transporting and manipulating electrical energy in a flexible, controlled and sustainable way regarding efficiency of costs, power and materials. The focus lies on intelligent power networks, smart actuators, automotive applications and the reduction of pollution and waste. During Session-1 on 24-05-2019 (Day One), Dr. Khyati Mistry (Speaker and Session Chair) has been felicitated by Professor Girish Jadav (HOD, Electrical Engineering Department, PIT, FET, Parul University). Dr. Khyati Mistry has delivered a talk on “Integration of Renewable Energy Source in Distribution System”. She has explained about various renewable Energy Sources and their utilization. Dr. Shweta Shah (speaker and session chair), in Session -2, has enlightened the audience by delivering a talk on “Impact of Intentional and Unintentional Interference on IRNSS/NavIC.” Mr. Prajose John (Speaker and Session chair) has presented a talk on “Recent Trend in Artificial Intelligence”, during Session-1 on Day-2, justifying the theme of the conference Smart Engineering. On Day-2 (Session-2), Dr. N. P. Patidar has shared his expertise on “Smart Grids: In Indian Scenario”. Dr. Narayan P. Patidar has explained challenges and issues of smart grid implementation in Indian. Prof. Mitul M. Patel, Track Coordinator, Smart Electrical & Smart Electronics, PiCET 2019 has delivered Vote of Thanks on the occasion of closing of Session of PiCET-2019.


Faculty of Engineering and Technology, Parul University and Wroclaw University of Science and Technology (WuST) jointly organized 1st International Conference on : “Parul University International Conference of Engineering and Technology : Smart Engineering” during 16-17 February, 2018.
About 40 Papers (Out 100 received) were presented on the broad theme of Thermal Engineering, Production Engineering, Design Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Energy and Environment and others for Mechanical Engineering Track “Smart Engineering”. Conference was structured around small presentations to allow all participants to enter into the practical discussion. More than 200 delegates across the country brought together to share their experience. Dr. Salim Channiwala (SVNIT Surat), Dr. Atul Srivastava (IIT Bombay), Dr. V D Achche Lal (SVNIT Surat), Dr. Vishvesh Badheka (PDPU Gandhinagr) and Mr. Deepak Achary (INOX Ltd.) had delivered the plenary talks on the advanced research areas of Mechanical Engineering. They have also chaired the sessions.

National Conference on Emerging Vistas of Technology in 21st Century, 2015

The National Conference on Emerging Vistas of Technology in 21st Century, 2015 was organized by Parul Institute of Technology. The theme for Electronics & Communication department was “Advances in Communication, Control, Embedded & Processing”. The event started with several expert sessions byMr. Raj Singh, Mr. P. K. Atrey, Prof. K.V.V. Murthy, Dr. Y. B. Acharya, Mr. Chintan Panchal. Then after, the researchers presented their research work. The program concluded with the certificate and prize distribution and valedictory function.
