Waghodia Court Visit

On 16.08.2018, Parul Institute of Law organised an educational tour to Waghodia Civil Court, District Vadodara, Gujarat, for its Sem-I Law students. During the visit to the Civil Court, the students had an opportunity to have a glimpse of the working of the Lower Courts in India. The students witnessed the proceedings of the various courts within the Waghodia Court Campus including the Court of the Honourable Civil Judge Shri Mavalankar Saheb and the Court of the Honourable Civil Judge Smt. Shah madam. Dr.Uday Deshpande, Prof. Hari Krishna Rajput and Prof. Nishtha Agrawal were present during this tour. Along with them the students were guided by Honourable Shah madam.

Educational Visit to Consumer Forum and Labour Court, Vadodara

On 20th January, 2017, students were taken on a scheduled Educational court visit to Consumer Forum of Vadodara where the students were given an informative tour of the court and practicing Advocate Ms. Poonam Desai addressed the students with her sound experience of diverse cases before the forum.
After the visit of Consumer Forum, the students were taken to Labour Court of Vadodara where they had privilege to be addressed by Panel of Presiding Judges of Labour Court. The panel of Judges took time to discuss the working of Labour Court with the budding Lawyers.
