Launch of Lab Journal “Perception”

Another feather in the cap for Parul University as the Department of Mass Communication and Journalism, Faculty of Arts, launched its first ever lab journal, naming "Perception", under the guidance and coordinator-ship of Prof. Divya Gujral. The lab journal “Perception” was launched on 19th November, 2016 at the Seminar Hall, Faculty of Law by the chief guest Mr. Biren Kothari, a renowned columnist, an eminent Gujarati Journalist and author of several famous books, along with Provost Sir, Dr. Ketan Kotecha. The function started with the lighting of lamp along with Saraswati Vandana and a welcome dance. This was followed by an introductory speech by Provost Sir, Dr. Ketan Kotecha and Key Note speeches given by Mr. Biren Kothari and Prof. Divya Gujral and thank you speech by Prof. Rajinder Kaur Virdi. The theme of “Perception” for Volume-1 was based on children in order to celebrate Children’s Day and to inspire young talents.
