Researchers from different parts of the world have emphasized on the persistent development of these engines for an increased efficiency and reduced emission. Parul University’s two year masters program in Internal Combustion Engine and Automobiles, imparts students a pool of knowledge regarding IC engine systems, their design, analysis, control, development, simulation, repair and integrating them with automobiles for producing maximum effectiveness and productivity. With the increasing demand, growth and evolution in the IC and automobile industry, we enable our students to explore new areas of this field via hands on session in different engine modeling methods and offering them platforms to prove and test their mettle in national level automobile competitions. PiCET-2019

The 2nd International Conference- Parul University International Conference on Engineering & Technology: Smart Engineering was jointly organized by Faculty of Engineering & Technology, Parul University, India and Wroclaw University of Science and Technology, Wroclaw, Poland. Mechanical Engineering and Allied Engineering had been covered under the theme of 'Smart Innovations' in PiCET'19. The first session on day one was on theme: 'Next-Generation Manufacturing'

Go Kart Vehicle Engineering

The students of automobile engineering developed and engineered a go kart racing car for competing in the 4th season of the Indian Karting Championship. The project was developed collectively by the students of Diploma and Degree.

Workshop on “Aerodynamic and Electric Car Technology”

Department of Automobile Engineering, Parul University organized a 3 day workshop on 'Aerodynamic and Electric Car Technology' from 17th to 19th September 2018 in collaboration with ORAAS Educational Organization, Kolhapur. Industrial Visit at Gopinathji Honda

On 24th January 2019 Department of Automobile Engineering, Parul University organized a visit to Gopinathji Honda for the 3rd & 4th year students. The visit was organized for a better understanding of subjects available in the academic curriculum. For students of 6th semester, the visit was useful for the subject Vehicle Maintenance and Garage Practice and for semester 8th the subject was Vehicle Chassis and Body Engineering.
