The 2nd International Conference “Parul University International Conference on Engineering & Technology: Smart Engineering Jointly organized by Faculty of Engineering & Technology, Parul University, India and Wroclaw University of Science and Technology, Wroclaw, Poland.The theme of the conference was Smart Construction with technological advancements and introduction of new construction materials, Smart Construction is the need of the hour. First session on day one was on theme of Pavement Design, the Session chair for this session was Dr. N C Shah. Second session on day one was on theme: Structures and Earthquake Engineering, Session chair for this session was Dr. Tejaskumar Thaker and he shared his expertise on “Sight Characterization by Ambient Noise Measurement”. First session on day two was on theme: Structures and Materials and, Session chair for this session was Dr. C. D. Modhera. Second session on day two was on theme: Geotechnical Technique. Session chair and speaker for this session was Dr. S R Gandhi and he shared his expertise on “Case Study on Geotechnical Technique”. Best paper awarded for first, second and third position was given during valedictory ceremony.

Faculty of Engineering and Technology, Parul University and Wroclaw University of Science and Technology (WuST) jointly organized 1st International Conference on : “Parul University International Conference of Engineering and Technology : Smart Engineering” during 16-17 February, 2018.
About 40 Papers (Out 100 received) were presented on the broad theme of Thermal Engineering, Production Engineering, Design Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Energy and Environment and others for Mechanical Engineering Track “Smart Engineering”. Conference was structured around small presentations to allow all participants to enter into the practical discussion. More than 200 delegates across the country brought together to share their experience. Dr. Salim Channiwala (SVNIT Surat), Dr. Atul Srivastava (IIT Bombay), Dr. V D Achche Lal (SVNIT Surat), Dr. Vishvesh Badheka (PDPU Gandhinagr) and Mr. Deepak Achary (INOX Ltd.) had delivered the plenary talks on the advanced research areas of Mechanical Engineering. They have also chaired the sessions.

National Conference on Emerging Vistas of Technology

The National Conference on Emerging Vistas of Technology was organized by Parul Institute of Technology. The theme for civil department was “Sustainable Infrastructure Development”. As said by Mr. Thomas Koenig “The joy of engineering is to find a straight line on a double logarithmic diagram.” In this Sixth Consecutive conference of NCEVT Series organized by Parul Arogya Seva Mandal, 32 researchers had presented their work in front of experts named Prof. Dr. B. V. Venkatarama Reddy (IISc Bangalore), Prof. Dr. S. K. Barai (IIT Kharagpur), Prof. J. N. Patel (SVNIT Surat), Prof. P. J. Gundaliya (LE College) and Dr. Jaykumar Shukla (L&T surgent& Lundy).The inaugural function started at 10:30 am on 3rd April, 2015 with lightening lamp by our chief guest Dr. S. K. Salwan, Chairmen of Research Armament Board, Defence Research and Development Organisation (DRDO), Our Guest of Honours Dr. P. D. Porey, Director SVNIT, Surat and Anand Madia, secretary of State (E Governance), Government of Sikkim and Managing trustee sir Dr. Devanshu Patel.
