PU celebrates World Health Day with a Zumba Masterclass for faculty members

On World Health Day the PU campus was filled with various activities in celebration of this occasion. With the busy schedules of faculties, the university hosted the Urvi Parwani coaches to provide the faculties with a time for dance fitness. This was inculcated in celebration of World Health day to remind them of the importance of exercising and keeping fit. It was a fun-filled occasion to burn calories while moving around the rhythms and fun music styles. The occasion sought to raise awareness on the importance of fitness amongst its faculties hence they enjoyed a time of Zumba at the workplace. The faculties had their dance shoes on and turned the auditorium into a dance floor. Here are some health benefits of Zumba:
