Dr. Parul Patel is Vice President and Chairperson of the Admissions Committee at Parul University – the institution and trust both named after her. She holds an M.D. in Organon from Hemchandracharya North Gujarat University and taught for eight years at Rajkot Homoeopathic Medical College before turning to institution-building. She personally guides over 8,000 students through admissions annually and has run awareness campaigns reaching 15,000+ students across Gujarat. She also serves as Managing Trustee of Parul Arogya Seva Mandal Trust, a Central Council of Homoeopathy member, and Director at Parul Pharmaceuticals. 

Dr. Geetika Madan Patel leads quality initiatives, research, and academic innovation at Parul University, alongside her role as Medical Director of Parul Sevashram Hospital. A gold medalist in MBBS and MD (Community Medicine) from M.S. University of Baroda, she chairs the University’s Research & Development division, under which six faculty members were named to Stanford’s Global Top 2% Scientists list. She also founded Sakshamthad Foundation for women’s livelihoods and Total Health Solutions, a digital health company serving remote areas, while managing two CBSE schools in Vadodara. 

Dr. Komal Patel is Vice President and Medical Director at Parul University, overseeing Parul Ayurveda Hospital and the Obstetrics & Gynaecology department at Parul Sevashram Hospital. A gold medalist in MBBS from Pramukhswami Medical College, she is a practising gynaecologist and laparoscopic surgeon who has driven the growth of surgical departments across the hospital system. Under her leadership, four hospitals – including Parul Institute of Ayurved and Ahmedabad Homoeopathic Medical College – earned NABH accreditation. She also serves as Managing Trustee of Parul Arogya Seva Mandal Trust and Director of Parul Pharmaceuticals. 

With over three decades in higher education, Prof. (Dr.) K. N. Madhusoodanan is a reputed scholar and researcher holding a Ph.D. in Physics from CUSAT, where he later served as Vice-Chancellor. He has held postdoctoral positions at institutions including IISc Bangalore and research centres in Italy, Belgium, and Germany, and has guided 14 Ph.D. scholars in applied physics and instrumentation. His accolades include the DRDO Academic Excellence Award and Chancellor’s Award for Best University in the State. As Provost, he sets academic strategy across Parul University’s 21 faculties and 38 colleges, guided by NEP 2020 and three decades of institutional leadership. 

Appointed Pro Vice Chancellor in November 2025, Dr. Kunjal Sinha brings 23 years of experience across academic leadership, quality assurance, and digital education. Holding a Ph.D. in Management from Sardar Patel University, she built Parul University’s Centre for Distance and Online Education and Continuing Education Programs from scratch, together reaching 22,000+ learners through 250+ programs. She secured UGC-DEB approval for 11 Online and 28 Distance Learning programs, led development of the University’s Learning Management System, and has authored 35+ research papers. She also teaches as Professor of Management Studies and guides eight doctoral scholars. 

With over 19 years across industry and higher education, Prof. Manish Pandya serves as Registrar of Parul University, shaping its regulatory standards and compliance framework. He holds a B.E. in Electrical Engineering and M.E. in Industrial Electronics from Maharaja Sayajirao University, and is pursuing his Ph.D. from Gujarat Technological University. An expert in industrial electronics, power electronics, and wind energy conversion, he has authored 20 research papers, published texts on Industrial Electronics, and led consultancy projects generating up to ₹20 lakhs in revenue. He is a member of the Indian Society for Technical Education and the Society of Power Engineers. 

Dr. Pawan Dwivedi is a Professor at Parul University and India’s first-ever Youth Parliament Winner (1998). He has trained over 67,000 professionals and industry leaders across India, Europe, Africa, Canada, and the U.S., and has spoken in 3,000+ cities as an advisor to national bodies. His influence spans corporate giants like Infosys, TCS, and L&T, and platforms including CII, ASSOCHAM, and Rotary. Decorated by the Government of India and Gujarat, he has been featured by ZEE News, TOI, and Akashwani, and has inspired over two million students and youth as a certified soft skills, leadership, and life coach.
