Who can apply.
- Passed the 12th examination in any stream - Science, Commerce or Arts - with English as a subject, from a recognised board.
- Appearing for PU-DAT is mandatory for admission.
- Open to all six B.Des specialisations at PID.
- Passed the 10th Standard examination from a recognised board.
- A foundation route into design for students after Class 10.
- A Bachelor's degree (graduation) from a recognised university.

- 65 – 74.99 percentile 40%
- 75 – 84.99 percentile 50%
- 85+ percentile 75%
Exceptional performers in NIFT, NID or UCEED can avail 75–100% scholarships. (Appearing for PU-DAT remains mandatory.)
Tuition-fee waivers are based on PU-DAT percentile and applicable for 2 years. Figures are indicative - confirm current terms with the admissions office.
