International Visiting Professor Program (IVPP): 20 Professors From 12 Countries
The real-life exposure with the Vadodara Food Festival Experience. When a MasterChef, an IFCA president chef, joins the event organised by the Faculty of Hotel Management and Catering Technology alongside IIMUN, helps students gain a front-row seat to the future of food, covering everything from AI in the kitchen to ancient Ayurveda. But it wasn’t just about watching the pros, on PID Ground, students from across campus, including Pharmacy and B.Tech, took the lead. Running 40 different restaurant operations, they tackled the “specifics” of the business, managing everything from menu planning to real-time customer service

International Visiting Professor Program (IVPP): 20 Professors From 12 Countries
The Centre for International Relations and Research (CIRR) brings 20 international professors from 12+ countries to teach on campus for days to weeks through the IVPP. An Indonesian professor teaches intercultural communication for 15 days. An American professor teaches psychiatric nursing through a schizophrenia patient’s drawing. A Chinese professor reviews student stories live. A Jamaican researcher maps earthquake risk on a whiteboard with student inputs. These are not guest lectures. They are structured classroom teaching sessions that deliver international academic content directly to students in their own university.
Parul International Mediation Competition (PIMC): 44 Teams Under Supreme Court Judges
Law students organise and participate in PIMC, where 44 teams mediate a simulated commercial dispute (USD 420 million, solar investment, tariff cuts) under a panel that includes three Supreme Court justices and two High Court justices. Students practise negotiation, mediation, and commercial law under the evaluation of judges who decide real cases.

The university has signed a Springer Nature License Agreement. Total research funding exceeds Rs 25 crore. A B.Tech in Quantum Computing, the second in South Asia, is being launched with a national model curriculum.
Every event listed above runs alongside the academic curriculum, not instead of it. A student at Parul University can attend a celebrity chef masterclass in the morning, operate their own food venture in the afternoon, study for GATE in the evening, and work on a research paper with a professor who publishes in Q1 journals. The events are not a replacement for education. They are education delivered through execution.
