The National Healthcare Skills Conclave 2026 is a premier national platform dedicated to advancing skill-based healthcare education and practice. Hosted by the Parul Institute of Allied and Healthcare Sciences, Faculty of Medicine, Parul University, NHSC brings together healthcare professionals, educators, researchers, industry experts, and students from across India.

Focused on multidisciplinary learning, hands-on training, and clinical excellence, NHSC bridges the gap between knowledge and real-world healthcare practice—preparing a future-ready workforce for an evolving healthcare ecosystem.

Since its inception, NHSC has grown into one of India’s most impactful healthcare skills conclaves. Each edition features hands-on workshops, expert talks, keynote sessions, paper and poster presentations, and skill competitions, enabling participants to learn directly from experienced clinicians, academicians, and industry leaders.

Parul Institute of Allied and Healthcare Sciences

The Parul Institute of Allied and Healthcare Sciences (formerly Parul Institute of Paramedical and Health Sciences) offers Diploma, Bachelor’s, Master’s, and PhD programs across 12 diverse healthcare specializations, including Anaesthesia & Critical Care, Emergency Medical Services, Radiography, Optometry, Neurosciences, Medical Laboratory Technology, Renal Dialysis, Operation Theatre Technology, Cardiac Care Technology, Clinical Embryology, Biomedical Informatics, and Health Assistantship.

Pragya, the Advanced Skills & Simulation Centre at Parul University, is a state-of-the-art Centre of Excellence designed to replicate real-world hospital and emergency care environments.

The facility includes:

• Fully equipped Operating Rooms and Surgical Units
• Intensive Care, Emergency & Triage Units
• Trauma, Critical Care, and Neonatal Simulation Units
• Advanced Obstetrics, Cardiac Diagnostics, and ECHO Units
• Dedicated task-training and high-fidelity simulation zones

Pragya offers structured training in BLS, ACLS, trauma care, surgical skills, obstetric and pediatric emergencies, radiological training, ophthalmology, infection control, and critical care, using advanced simulators and task trainers.

Through repeated exposure to real-life clinical scenarios, learners enhance clinical judgment, psychomotor skills, teamwork, and communication, ensuring confidence and competence in emergency and routine healthcare settings.

Established in 2013, Entrepreneurship Development Cell (EDC) is one of the creative hubs of Parul University formed to support students and aspiring entrepreneurs in their entrepreneurial endeavors. EDC was established with an aim to foster the culture of Research, Innovation and Entrepreneurship in students and faculty members of the university. In 2015, the university registered a Section 8 company, Parul Innovation and Entrepreneurship Research Center (PIERC) as an incubator to formally extend its services and support to start-ups; from Idea Stage to Growth Stage.

Their Vision and Mission are to build a strong Startup Support System that empowers at least 5% of our students to pursue entrepreneurial careers as job creators, contributing to India’s social and economic development. We strive to foster a vibrant culture of innovation and entrepreneurship on campus through targeted initiatives and campaigns that inspire students to transform ideas into impactful ventures.
