Parul Sevashram Hospital Celebrates a Decade of Healthcare Excellence

One of the city’s leading multi-speciality hospitals, Parul Sevashram Hospital recently celebrated a decade of providing excellent and comprehensive medical services to communities in Vadodara, Gujarat, and across India.

With the aim of saving lives and improving the quality of life, the hospital initiated ten events as platforms to reach out to society. Over the years, the hospital has expanded its infrastructure to accommodate 750 beds.

As a NABH-accredited institution, the hospital has emerged as one of the most successful healthcare centres in Vadodara.

As part of the ten commemorative events, staff members donated valuable items to surrounding communities under the Joy of Giving initiative, including the distribution of eye glasses to the needy.

Ms. Ekta Modi, Chief Operating Officer of the hospital, stated that this milestone marked a proud moment. To commemorate the occasion, donation drives, quality and safety initiatives, blood donation camps, felicitation of patient survivors, and free community health awareness camps were organised.

A felicitation ceremony was also conducted to honour doctors and staff members for their contributions. Community screening camps were organised, benefiting more than 200 individuals.

World Patient Safety Day is observed globally on 17 September. To promote patient safety, poster competitions highlighting safety norms and best practices were organised, along with continuous training programs and role-play sessions.

Patient survivors were felicitated with the Parul Arogya Card to share hope and reduce the healthcare burden on their families.

Through recent patient-centric developments, the hospital introduced advanced treatment facilities such as kidney transplant centres. Free community screening camps were also organised, benefiting more than 200 individuals.

Dr. Geetika Patel, Medical Director of Parul Sevashram Hospital, shared that the institution follows a holistic approach to healthcare while advancing medical education through state-of-the-art facilities supported by expert professionals.

She emphasised the hospital’s vision of “Health for All” and reaffirmed its commitment to providing affordable and quality healthcare services consistently.
