Parul University, Vadodara, has once again made the nation proud as 11 NCC cadets from the University successfully represented Parul University at the prestigious Republic Day Camp (RDC) 2026, held at Kartavya Path, New Delhi. Their participation in one of India’s most significant national events stands as a testament to the University’s commitment to discipline, leadership, and nation-building.

The cadets were part of the elite contingents selected from across the country, representing the Army, Navy, and Air Wings of the National Cadet Corps (NCC). Their selection followed a rigorous multi-stage process that assessed physical endurance, drill precision, leadership qualities, and overall conduct making their achievement a matter of great honour for both the University and the state of Gujarat.

Participation in Prestigious National Events

During the Republic Day Camp 2026, Parul University’s NCC cadets actively participated in several high-profile national events, including the Kartavya Path March, Prime Minister’s Rally, Guard of Honour, Youth Exchange Programme (YEP), and the Best Cadet Competition.

  • L CDT Shashank Sekhar Shukla represented Parul University in the highly competitive Best Cadet Event at RDC 2026.
  • CDT Rushi Modha and PO CDT Alok Mishra showcased exemplary discipline and leadership at the Prime Minister’s Rally.
  • CDT Khushi Kumari, CDT Deepanshi Singh Rajput, and CDT Arpan Kumar Tiwari participated in the Prime Minister’s Rally under the Youth Exchange Programme (YEP), fostering international cultural exchange and national unity.
  • CDT Hetvi Vasava, CDT Dipanshu Jagtap, and CDT Akhand Pratap Singh proudly marched during the iconic Kartavya Path event, symbolising strength, unity, and patriotism.
  • PO CDT Shravan Shinde and L CDT Ansh Singh were part of the prestigious Guard of Honour, reflecting the highest standards of discipline and ceremonial excellence.

The Republic Day Camp is regarded as the highest honour in the NCC, offering cadets the opportunity to train alongside the best contingents from across the country and represent their institutions on a national platform.
