Pharmacotherapy – Residency Program
The Pharmacotherapy Residency Program is an advanced, hospital-based clinical training program designed to develop highly specialized clinical pharmacists. The focus of the program is on patient-centred drug therapy, disease management, and evidence-based pharmaceutical care delivered within real hospital environments.
The participant will collaborate with physicians, nurses and other members of the health care team to provide safe, effective and optimal medication therapies for patients with complex and chronic diseases.
