For a visiting researcher on a 2-4 week stay, the 10-day turnaround means results can be received before departure. Urgent testing (1 day) ensures that even end-of-visit testing can yield data before the return flight.
Existing International Research Partnerships
MNRDC has formalised collaborative relationships with two international universities:
University of Surrey, United Kingdom’s Prof. S. Ravi P. Silva (CBE, h-index 92, 50 patents, Director of Advanced Technology Institute) served as Chief Guest at ICSUMMIT 2026 and provides strategic mentorship to MNRDC. The Royal Academy of Engineering UK funds the Green Hydrogen: Royal Academy UK + MNRDC, Parul University.
MNRDC has also served as official Knowledge Partner for international conferences in the United Kingdom and Vietnam, demonstrating that the center’s expertise is recognised beyond India’s borders. Besides this, CoE + IIT Ropar Partnership ensured a ₹1.49 crore grant (sanctioned under Gujarat Industrial Policy 2020) established the core research center and its initial instrument portfolio, the new ₹1.17 crore CoE grant.
