- The Technical Event Cell is open to participation by all undergraduate and postgraduate students from any discipline across Parul University.
- Students aspiring to participate in external technical events may coordinate with the Technical Event Cell coordinators for guidance and support.
- Participation is encouraged from both Indian and international students, fostering an inclusive and diverse academic environment.

Students from all Parul University affiliated institutes can participate in events organised by TEC.
Most events organised by TEC are free for students, while some specialised events may have a minimal participation fee.
