The Four-Offer Student: Susmitha Tavva (B.Tech CSE)

April 10, 2026 | Hitesh Patel |

Susmitha received offers from SHNOOR International LLC, Capgemini, LTM, and HCLTech in a single season. Four separate recruitment processes, four confirmed offers. She wrote: I am incredibly happy to share that I have successfully secured offers from SHNOOR INTERNATIONAL LLC, Capgemini, LTM, and HCLTech through my campus placement journey. This achievement has taught me that effort, discipline, commitment, hard work, and dedication would eventually pay off. Another remarkable day turned out to be 8th April 2026, with 315 selections in a day.

What her LinkedIn profile shows: machine learning certification (Udemy). Python for Data Science and AI (IBM). IoT and Computer Networks (NPTEL). Proficiency in Java, Python, C, SQL, HTML, CSS, JavaScript. Data analysis and visualisation using Power BI and Tableau. She is currently a Software Engineer at SHNOOR International. When a student holds four offers, the question is not whether the placement cell is active. The question is what training infrastructure produced a graduate that four companies independently decided they wanted.

Why 459 students received multiple offers: They received offers on the basis of their skills and consistent efforts.

The Two-Offer Student: Surya Teja Vulli (B.Tech)

Surya Teja secured placements at both Hexaware and Capgemini. He wrote: I feel truly grateful and proud. Every rejection, every sleepless night, and every moment of doubt was worth it. His profile shows HackerRank certifications in Python, Java, and problem solving. He worked on projects in machine learning, IoT, and gesture control through the CodeUnnati initiative (a joint initiative by SAP, Edunet Foundation, and ITC). He built a full-stack portfolio using the MEAN Stack (MongoDB, Express.js, Angular, Node.js).

The Law Graduate: Vaideshree Nakrani (LLB) at ICICI Lombard

Vaideshree wrote: I am excited to share that I have been placed with ICICI Lombard. What her profile reveals goes far beyond a single placement: Student of the Year recognition. Moot court accomplishments. Internships at law firms and NGOs. Expertise in contract law and property transactions. She has experience drafting sale deeds, rental agreements, and affidavits in both English and Gujarati. She has demonstrated proficiency in Manupatra legal research and the Garvi 2.0 government platform. She completed a BBA in HR before an LLB, demonstrating the kind of cross-disciplinary trajectory that the Parul Institute of Law produces. The same law faculty that sent Jaydeep Findoria to the Supreme Court as a Law Clerk, and that organises PIMC judged by Justice Pankaj Mithal (Supreme Court) and Justice Kathpalia (Delhi High Court).

The MBA Students: DHL, Setco, Mahindra, and SAP Certification

Amal Pushp (MBA Logistics/SCM) was placed at DHL. He specifically thanked Senior Manager Placements Unnati Mehta and specialisation coordinator Harshita Gaikwad. Fairy Bhatia (MBA HR with SAP) was placed at Setco Auto Systems. Her profile shows SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central certification, Digital Transformation in HR certification, Agile Leadership, and Strategic HR Management from IIT Bombay under the SWAYAM initiative. She is not an MBA graduate who happened to learn SAP. She is an MBA graduate whose program embedded SAP certification into the curriculum and whose strategic HR knowledge was validated by IIT Bombay. Priyansh Singh (MBA Logistics/SCM) studied in an industry-embedded program with Om Logistics, developing import-export and international logistics skills during the program itself. Aman Raj (MBA Marketing) was placed at Purak Foundation and is currently interning at Mahindra (Kiran Automobile).

The Social Worker: Dhruvik Dave (MSW) at CSRBOX

Dhruvik is a community service trainer at CSRBOX (BharatCares arm) in Vadodara, working on the Schaeffler IBT Project for vocational education. He previously interned at Sun Pharma, BAPS Shastriji Maharaj Hospital, and the District Child Protection Unit (DCPU). When a university’s placement cell places a Master of Social Work graduate at an organization running corporate social responsibility and vocational training projects, it demonstrates reach into the development sector that most placement cells do not cover.

The BCA Student With Two Offers: Dolly Batra

Dolly wrote: Got placed in not only 1 but also 2 companies, and I really cannot believe it. She is from the BCA program, not engineering or MBA. Two offers from a BCA program are themselves evidence that the placement cell’s preparation extends across faculties. During BCA, she was involved in the anti-ragging committee, NSS, the Career Development Cell, and the Udyam fest organising team, the kind of student-led event that functions as a compressed curriculum in marketing, finance, leadership, and negotiation. She is now pursuing an MBA at Parul University while working as a Business Development Executive, demonstrating the BCA-to-MBA progression that the university’s programme structure supports.
