He describes the moves between institutions as deliberate steps toward larger institutional challenges: after nearly a decade at PSIT Kanpur, the transition to SR University and then to Parul University was a conscious choice to contribute at a broader scale, build stronger industry partnerships, and create opportunities for a larger and more diverse student community.

The clearest measure of his leadership is Parul University’s placement record, which has scaled in both breadth and value:

• A highest package of 60 LPA, secured by B.Tech Computer Science students Tanish Patel and Suraj Jagtap at Microsoft.

• Top recruiters including Microsoft, ServiceNow, BP, and Goldman Sachs, alongside a wide base of technology, consulting, and industry firms.

• Over 2,200 recruiters engaging with the campus and more than 4200 placement offers in the 2026 season, among the largest placement operations of any university in Gujarat.

Much of this was championed during his first six months in office. Rather than changing the system immediately, he first worked to understand the existing ecosystem, then strengthened recruiter engagement, streamlined placement operations, increased collaboration with academic departments, and introduced structured employability initiatives to make the placement process more industry-driven while widening every student’s access to career preparation. As Pro Vice Chancellor (Training, Placement, Career Development and Skills), his role is to spearhead the formulation, implementation, monitoring, and continuous improvement of Parul University’s strategic initiatives in training, placement, career development, and skills, in consultation with the President, Vice Presidents, and other authorities. He will play a vital role in advancing industry engagement, employability, internship opportunities, career guidance, and skill development across all constituent faculties and institutes, furthering Parul University’s wider vision under the leadership of President Dr. Devanshu Patel.
