Parul University invites applications from qualified and dedicated academicians for the positions of Professor, Associate Professor (Reader), and Assistant Professor (Lecturer) in the Faculty of Homeopathy. The selected candidates will contribute to excellence in teaching, research, clinical education, and academic administration while fostering innovation and quality education in Homeopathic sciences.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality teaching for undergraduate and postgraduate Homeopathy programmes.
• Develop and update curriculum in accordance with NCH guidelines.
• Conduct quality research and publish in reputed journals.
• Guide students in academic, clinical, and research activities.
• Participate in departmental administration, examinations, and curriculum development.
• Engage in institutional committees, outreach programmes, and academic initiatives.
• Promote ethical practices and evidence-based Homeopathic education.

Key Skills Required

• Strong knowledge of Homeopathic principles and clinical practices.
• Excellent communication, teaching, and presentation skills.
• Research aptitude with scholarly writing and publication experience.
• Ability to mentor students and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.

Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification:

• Professor: M.D. (Hom.) in the respective subject from a recognized university.
• Associate Professor (Reader): M.D. (Hom.) in the respective subject.
• Assistant Professor (Lecturer): M.D. (Hom.) in the relevant subject.

Experience:

• Professor: Minimum 5 years of teaching experience in the concerned subject as Associate Professor or 10 years of regular teaching experience in the concerned subject in a recognized Homeopathic Medical Institution.
• Associate Professor (Reader): Minimum 5 years of teaching experience in the concerned subject as Assistant Professor.
• Assistant Professor (Lecturer): As prescribed by the Central Council of Homoeopathy (CCH)/National Commission of Homeopathy (NCH) or other applicable regulatory authorities.
