Brief Job Description:

Parul University invites applications from highly qualified and motivated academicians for the positions of Associate Professor and Professor in the Faculty of Pharmacy. The selected candidates will contribute to teaching, research, academic administration, curriculum development, and industry-academia collaboration while fostering innovation and academic excellence.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality teaching for UG and PG programmes.
• Develop and update curriculum as per PCI guidelines.
• Conduct quality research and publish in reputed journals.
• Guide student research projects and dissertations.
• Participate in departmental academic and administrative activities.
• Build collaborations with industry and research organizations.
• Contribute to accreditation, quality assurance, and institutional development initiatives.

Key Skills Required

• Strong understanding of pharmaceutical regulations, compliance frameworks, and industry standards.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in research methodologies, data analysis, and scholarly writing.

Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification:

• M.Pharm in the relevant specialization is mandatory. Ph.D. in Pharmaceutical Sciences or a relevant discipline, as per PCI norms, will be preferred.

Experience:

• As per PCI Norms

Mandatory Certifications/Licenses:

• As prescribed by PCI or other relevant statutory/regulatory authorities.
