HOSTEL ADMINISTRATOR - Parul University

Parul University invites applications from dynamic, responsible and student-oriented professionals for the position
of Hostel Administrator.

Oversee the day-to-day administration and operations of university hostels and mess facilities.
Ensure the safety, discipline, comfort and overall well-being of students.
Lead and coordinate a team of Rectors, Mess Managers, support staff and external contractors/service
providers.
Ensure the safety, discipline, comfort and overall well-being of students.
Monitor hostel services, housekeeping, mess operations, maintenance and student facilities.
Effectively address student concerns and ensure a positive, disciplined and supportive residential
environment.
Coordinate with university departments and senior management for smooth hostel operations.
Ensure compliance with university policies, procedures and standards.

Graduate from a recognized university.
Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in administration, preferably in a university, educational
institution, residential campus, hostel or similar large-scale environment.
Age below 40 years.
Strong ability to work with and effectively deal with college-going students.
A composed, mature, responsible and passionate individual with strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi and Gujarati.
Proficient in MS Office and digital/technology-enabled administrative systems.
Strong organizational, problem-solving and team-management abilities.
Willingness to work in a dynamic, student-centric residential campus environment.
