Where the Voices of Youth Meet World Leaders
The IIMUN Leadership Conclave commenced with the idea of offering students the opportunity of interacting with great leaders so that they could gain real-life lessons in their academic journey. From its very inception, it has become the perfect platform for the voices of youth meeting world leaders. The notion of interaction being at the heart of understanding what leadership entails is what the event is all about.
Conception of the IIMUN Vadodara Conclave
Such a conception of the event is realized every year in Vadodara at the I.I.M.U.N. Vadodara Conclave which takes place in cooperation with India’s International Movement to Unite Nations (IIMUN).
Voices that have Influenced Nations and Stories
The Conclave stage has seen a variety of voices that have been influential. When Dialogues Move Out of Bounds
Every dialogue at the conclave is planned such that they engage and stimulate the minds of the participants. In this context, the students not only sit back and listen but participate and question the various concepts.
Dialogue for Learning, Not Listening
These dialogues take place on topics such as governance, diplomacy, creativity, and personal development. Through this method of learning, students get to learn about leadership from a multidimensional perspective.
An Enduring Experience
Within the multi-cultural context of education, the IIMUN Leadership Conclave is not confined to being just a one-day event. It is an experience that expands your horizons, sharpens your analytical skills, and makes you think about your own life experiences.
The Start of Thinking Differently for Future Leaders
For some, the conclave marks a turning point. For not only what it teaches but how it changes perspectives, compelling students to view leadership not as something to be achieved tomorrow, but as an imminent duty to prepare for.
