A neural network is a series of algorithms that endeavors to recognize underlying relationships in a set of data through a process that mimics the way the human brain operates. Deep learning is a subset of machine learning, which is essentially a neural network with three or more layers. Both languages provide in-built libraries that make it very easy to implement Machine Learning algorithms.
