Dr. Athle shared how one can become a clinical psychologist in India. He said psychology is a deep field, changing every moment. With deep research involved in it. He explained that licensing is required. What is the role of the Rehabilitation Council of India (RCI).He shared the importance of it for maintaining standards and patient safety. She also talked about how these terms are often misunderstood. Describing about habilitation, building capacities that were never fully developed from rehabs. She also talked about restoring capacities, how some patients get back to normalcy. Also talked about how everyday realties are for them, and in the public hospital with presentations and real examples.
