About B.Sc. Dialysis Technology

The Bachelors Degree in Dialysis is a 3 year undergraduate degree program which seeks to develop the specialized technical skills relating to the technicalities related to blood filtration and purification processes. The program is highly specialized and provides treatment and care to the patients suffering from any degree or form of kidney failure or infection. The Faculty of Paramedical and Health Sciences is fully equipped with state of the art machinery and facilities for research, which shape and develop the technical skills of the students. The Faculty is also equipped with a 750 bedded multi specialty hospital which provides the dialysis students real time practical training. The curriculum is uniquely designed to provide students with the knowledge and understanding of the various aspects of dialysis such as haemodialysis, peritoneal dialysis and continuous renal replacement therapy (CRRT). Our expert team of doctors and dialysis experts shape the practical understanding of the students and provide a guided learning experience in the modern industrial practices. Beyond the scope of the academics, the program goes on to shape the professional skills and interpersonal abilities of the students which helps them in their career.
